Human Resources Consulting
Braverman Mediation & Consulting, through the California Employment Law Training Center, offers both On-Site and On-Call Human Resources Consulting services to small & medium sized businesses, non-profits, and larger companies. Our consultations are led by a Human Resource consultant who has both Human Resource management and legal experiences in several vertical markets. We strive to keep all business owners and non-profit organizations in legal compliance and out of legal trouble.

On Site:  We act as your on site human resource director or manager whether part time or full time and handle everything from advertising the job, recruiting, performance management to separating the employee.
On Call:  We act as your human resource adviser when you need us or have a question by telephone, or in person when you need us to come to your offices to advise or guide you in any aspect of the hiring to firing process, including drafting your employment policies and procedures, handbooks and templates.
The unique benefit to our clients is that all communications are protected by attorney client privilege.
